Elite Hospitality & Management is dedicated to being an active member of Cambodian society by ensuring the care and sustainability of the environment and people around us so that we can enhance all our lifestyles in general.
Elite Hospitality & Management and its subsidiary companies have been involved in many CSR projects including but not limited to being part of and supporting Nonprofit Hospitality schools (Project Khmer Hope Anglican Center), Kantha Bopha Hospital also including the Phnom Penh Tourism club’s CSR initiative.
Elite Hospitality & Management and its subsidiary companies hosted a successful community event on November 17, 2024, in collaboration with the Khan Daun Penh Authority.✨✨ This event promoted a waste-free, sustainable environment and proudly reflected the EHM’s core values.♻️♻️ This initiative aimed to raise awareness and action for environmental stewardship, encouraging everyone to value and save the environment in order to create a healthier, greener future.
EHM led over 100 employees to a philanthropic gathering at the Branch Center on August 03rd, 2024. During the event, we distributed food, school supplies, and clothing through the EHM Gift Donation Box. These donations helped 179 children and 27 caretakers in Sangkat Kampol, Khan Kampol, Phnom Penh, which are managed by Mr. Phorn Phalla, Center Leader.
The charity program at the Branch Center went successfully, bringing smiles and hope to the children. We extend our best wishes for good health to all the children and staff at the center.
We were excited to be part of a community event on November 29, 2023, organized by Luxelite Group and its subsidiary companies, with a focus on fostering a clean waste free environment. Around 280 employees from our company came together to make a valuable contribution to this important initiative.
The purpose of this event is to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean and sustainable environment, which is one of the pillars of our Core Values at Luxelite Group. It was truly heartwarming to see the dedication and enthusiasm of our team as they worked tirelessly to clean up and beautify our surroundings.
When Smile Society Foundation approached Luxelite Group with information about the Kbal Chhroy Primary School’s urgent needs, our immediate response was to spring into action. After conducting a thorough inspection of the school’s facilities, we were deeply moved by the lack of proper sanitation facilities and inadequate school equipment. In our commitment to making a positive impact on the students’ lives, we wholeheartedly sponsored the construction of toilets and sinks, ensuring a hygienic environment that promotes their health and well-being. Additionally, we supplied the school with essential equipment, aiming to enhance their educational experience and provide them with the tools they need to succeed. We extend our utmost appreciation to Smile Society Foundation for their invaluable partnership in this meaningful CSR project.
We believe that success is not only measured by profit but also by the positive impact we make in the world around us. That’s why in 2020 when floods struck Cambodia’s Takeo Province causing widespread devastation, our team joined hands with affiliates to provide much-needed supplies and support to those affected.

Palace Gate Hotel & Resort received the ASEAN Green Hotel Standard Award 2020 for its CSR efforts in keeping green.
The Palace Gate team participated in Green City Day by picking up trash and taking care of the environment.
Palace Gate Hotel & Resort’s commitment to the environment by lowering the waste and use of plastic at its hotel by using glass water bottles.
EHM as part of its CSR initiative to provide donations to the children of an orphanage in Kep province.
The Palace Gate Hotel & Residence team joined Phnom Penh’s clean city initiative to collect trash and plastic pollution along the riverside and in front of the Royal Palace.
