  • Observe existing guidelines regarding urgent purchases, minor purchases, purchasing fresh or perishable goods, etc.
  • Facilitate policy development, aligned with Koh Apikjun Resort Procurement Strategic Sourcing/Procurement and, AP Operations/Finance.
  • Assist the hotels in developing and maintaining an approved suppliers list and supplier governance.

Information Technology

  • Maintenance services include both hardware maintenance and support services and network maintenance including network support
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer system and network
  • Talk to clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
